Damaged products
If the product you purchased is damaged upon receiving it, let us know within 7 days by sending an email to r.vroman@wee-aye-aye.com containing your name, the email address you provided to Wee aye-aye, the name of the product and a description of the damage. We will send you a replacement of the product if this is possible. If it concerns a handcrafted product that cannot be replaced, the item can be returned. Upon receiving the returned product a refund will be arranged within 30 days. Sending costs can unfortunately not be refunded. Alternatively and only if possible, you can request for the item to be repaired and send back to you.
